Our structures are sealed in a way that is very difficult to achieve in a “stick-built,” structure. We’ve been doing this for almost 35 years. Along the way, we’ve learned more than our fair share about how to build with SIPs in a way that makes the most of their potential.
Experience (installation, how it fits, making it sealed)
The building of a high-efficiency structure is incredibly important and technical, but it all fundamentally comes down to your comfort and your timeline. There is literally no one who has more experience designing and building SIP structures than we do and that matters. We pre-cut panels at our facility and then send a crew along to make sure that it’s put together exactly right to make the highest performance structure you can find.
Technique (engineering, design, joining)
We have a design and engineering team in-house—one of the only SIP manufacturer that has this—to go over every plan and make sure that they will work seamlessly for your project. Just like with any technical endeavor, there really is a right way and a wrong way to do things. We are a leader in the best practices for installing and joining SIPs, so much so that we our team is working to guide the industry standards on installation of SIPS by SIPA (Structural Insulated Panel Association).
