Bo Foard, Founder
20 years ago, Bo started this business by making panels in his garage. Today Foard Panel works with over 50 timber framers across the northeast, manufacturers panels for over 400 projects a year and installs an average of 2 jobs a week. Steve Horton, President
Steve comes to Foard Panel after being in the building industry for 30 years and serving as Chief Operating Officer of a large commercial construction company for the last 12 . Throughout his career, he managed many large commercial projects that included elements of sustainable design. Steve’s knowledge for green building and socially responsible business practices will enable Foard Panel to grow in today’s progressive building market. Fran Shippee, Vice President
With Foard Panel since the beginning, Fran ensures that all business operations run smoothly and that all projects are shipped, received and installed in the most timely manner. Besides all that, Fran also manages project accounts and billing. She brings over 20 years of experience in the panel industry and a natural sense for business administration and customer relations. Neal Herriot, Senior Project Manager
Neil, Our senior project manager and timber frame expert, has been with Foard Panel since 1999. Neal’s award winning sense of humor and attention to details keeps our long term customers coming back year after year. Over the years Neal has developed a variety of technical details and sales tools that explain panel systems. Contact
Paul Malko, Project Engineer
Paul is one of Foard’s most enthusiastic employees and lover of complicated designs. He has managed projects at Foard Panel since 2004 and specializes in structural capacity, thermal performance and building science techniques. Paul has a mechanical engineering degree from Northeastern University in Boston. Contact
Jonas Crofter, Project Manager
Jonas, seriously committed to customer support and satisfaction, has been with Foard since in 2002. His CAD drawing skills are possibly the best in our industry. He brings a thorough approach to project management and is especially interested in eco-housing and timber frame designs. Contact

Pete Dunnigan, Project Manager
Pete brings 14 years of project management to Foard Panel. He specializes in commercial buildings and has successfully managed many large projects including healthcare, educational and logding facilities. Pete also brings a knowledge of LEED certification that will benefit the needs of our green builders. Contact

Install Crew Managers
Joe and John both bring 20 years of installation experience to each job site. In fact, these two men have hung more SIPs than anyone else in the country and perhaps the world. They lead Foard Panel crews all over New England in order to construct the highest quality building envelopes throughout the North Country. Joe and John deliver fast and efficient installs using superior carpenter techniques, and quality control.
Wayne Derosia, Manufacturing Manager
